Board of Directors Nominations
ASSE International Board of Directors nominations must be received by the ASSE International office on or before Aug. 1 to be considered by the Election Committee.
ASSE is accepting nominations for the following positions:
President (1-year term)
Vice President (1-year term)
Treasurer (1-year term)
Region 2 Director (3-year term)
Region 6 Director (3-year term)
Region 8 Director (3-year term)
To be eligible, nominees must be voting members in good standing for a minimum of three consecutive years.

ASSE International Annual Awards Nominations
Nominations for ASSE International membership awards must be received by July 1. Award descriptions and nomination forms can be found below and at www.asse-plumbing.org/membership/awards.
Henry B. Davis Award – download nomination form
The Henry B. Davis Award, named after the American Society of Sanitary Engineering’s founding president, may be awarded at each Annual Meeting to one member who has contributed the most toward the advancement of sanitary engineering in accord with the ideals of ASSE International will be recipient of this award annually.
Dewey R. Dedrick, Jr. Award – download nomination form
The Dewey R. Dedrick, Jr. Award is presented to the chapter that has shown the best all-around performance based on the categories of meetings, management, membership and promotion.
Fellow (FASSE) Award – download nomination form
The Fellow Award is a prestigious award presented to candidates who have served in an exemplary manner as an officer, regional director, or committee person for a period of at least five years.
Patrick J. Higgins Award – download nomination form
The Patrick J. Higgins Award is given for outstanding contributions in the field of consensus standards and their adoption into code.
Rand Ackroyd Award – download nomination form
The Rand Ackroyd Award is presented to an individual who has expressed a thorough knowledge and true dedication to the ASSE backflow program, or the backflow and associated industry by their efforts in protecting our drinking water through cross-connection control and education.
2020 ASSE International Annual Awards will be presented on October 28 at Business Session #2 of the 2020 ASSE International Annual Meeting.
